Telegram is an encrypted messaging service that allows users to send and receive messages without the need for a phone or internet connection. It was created by two Russian engineers, Pavel Durov and Rafiq Sultani, in 2014.
Telegram is available on most computers and mobile devices. To use it, you first need to install the Telegram app. Once you have it installed, open it and sign in using your account information from your phone or computer. You can also use your Facebook or Twitter login if you have one.
Once you're connected to the Telegram network, you'll be able to access all of its features. You can start sending and receiving messages using the app's main screen or by using their web-based interface. You can also run Telegram applications on multiple devices at the same time so that you can continue sending messages even when you're not connected to the internet.
